Behold, the first robotic kitchen. Moley Robotics created a robot chef concept who does the cooking for you. The company says robotic hands work just as fast as a chef. But how can a robot compare to a chef? It imitates a chef's exact motions and a 3-D recipe recording helps cooking pros share recipes. The robotic hands replicate each motion, nuance and flourish. It's almost like having a live chef in your home. The kitchen will include robotic arms, an oven, and a touchscreen unit. You can operate the whole thing with your smartphone. The best part? It cleans up after itself. The robotic kitchen comes out in 2018.

There's an abandoned monument in Bulgaria filled with communist propaganda. Construction cost the equivalent of $35 million today. Earlier this year, a group of adventurers visited the monument and documented their experience on YouTube at "Exploring the Unbeaten Path."

Welcome to Buzludzha Monument — a historical monument built for the Bulgarian Communist Party. It was finished in 1981 after 8 years of construction, made out 70,000 tons of concrete and 3,000 tons of steel. But it was abandoned in 1989, the same year that the Bulgarian Communist regime fell. 

Today, it's off-limits to the public but that didn't stop a crew of videographer. They explore abandoned places worldwide and document it on YouTube at "Exploring the Unbeaten Path." Surprisingly, many of the monument's distinct features remain intact. The whole place is filled with communist propaganda. It features communist legends like Lenin and Karl Marx, as well as the famous hammer and sickle communist symbol boldly placed in the center of its vast ceremonial hall. The monument is a relic of a time not too long ago and a testament to how quickly times change.

The most famous storm in the solar system is also one of the largest: Jupiter's Great Red Spot. The storm is just a blemish on Jupiter, but if you compare it to the size of Earth — this storm could swallow our entire planet whole. In July, NASA Juno spacecraft flew over the spot and NASA then used that data to produce a simulated flight through the Great Red Spot. Following is a transcript of the video. 

NASA's Juno spacecraft is orbiting Jupiter. Recently, it flew over Jupiter's famous Great Red Spot. The Great Red Spot is a giant storm 1.3X the size of Earth that's been raging for hundreds of years. As Juno flew over the swirling vortex, it measured the storm's temperature and depth.

NASA then used Juno's data to produce this simulation of what it would be like to fly into this massive storm. The storm is 50 to 100X deeper than Earth's oceans. As you dive deeper into the atmosphere the temperature increases. 

"The warmth of the spot's base explains the ferocious winds we see at the top of the atmosphere," said Andy Ingersoll, Juno co-investigator in a NASA statement.

Wind speeds are greater than Earth's most powerful hurricanes. So, it's best that Juno keep its distance and simply enjoy the view from afar.

Oriental Science Fiction Valley Theme Park is a massive virtual reality theme park coming to one of China's poorest areas. The creators hope the economy will greatly benefit from this new attraction. However, some residents are worried about the consequences this major construction could bring.

This is Oriental Science Fiction Valley. It will be China's first virtual reality theme park. Located outside Guiyang, the capital of one of China's poorest provinces.

The park is decorated with giant robots and futuristic castles. It'll have 35 different VR attractions, including virtual roller coasters and a futuristic space battle. There are also experiential tours. Visitors will be able to bungee jump from the giant robot.

The park is expected to bring economic growth to the area. But, local farmers are worried about pollution from construction. It's set to open in February 2018.

This is how scientists study tsunamis. The Delta Flume is a massive wave tank in the Netherlands. It can make waves 15 feet high. It holds more than nine million liters of water. But how does it help with tsunami research?

A huge wave board pushes the water at one end. It pushes with enough force to show aside five brick houses. Computer models can't show everything that physical waves can. The research will help develop solutions to complex climate challenges.

This high pressure water gun could save lives. It fights fires through walls and doors, which allows firefighters
to stay shielded. It is called PyroLance.

The powerful jet cuts a 6mm hole in surfaces. It can even cut
through metal and brick. It then shoots a fine mist of water into the building. This reduces the temperature inside and also reduces the likelihood of backdraft.

The PyroLance is currently being used by the US Air Force and Navy.
